Turn a standard post into a sticky announcement

If you’ve got a big announcement or a really awesome post that you’d like to stay at the top of your blog use this simple setting inside the post editor.

In the Publish module, click on the “Edit” link next to “Visibility: Public.”

Check the box to “Stick this post to the front page.”

Unchecking the box places the post back into chronological order.
